Insomnia

I've had a lot of trouble getting to sleep lately, and staying asleep. This is unusual for me and it seemingly came out of nowhere; I mean, I know I'm not done with all my summer homework, but I wasn't that concerned to be losing sleep over it.
The first night I didn't sleep at all, the second night I managed to get to sleep, and tonight I slept for about thirty minutes and now I am writing this journal. :l
I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if it's possible that I could have gotten insomnia completely out of nowhere??
